Greg Wrubell, voice of the Cougars on KSL, returns to the podcast to talk about what we learned in the aftermath of the victory over Boise State and what that means for a hypothetical BCS run. He also tells us which hoopsters besides Matt Carlino and Tyler Haws need to step up to make this basketball season a special one.

Matt and Adam start off discussing the thrilling World Series. They finish off their basketball preview by looking at the supporting cast and making tournament predictions. Then they talk football, including BYU's chances to play in the final BCS (not good), and whether the defense has been exposed by Houston and Boise State.

The game against Houston was absolutely crazy, and Matt gives us his first-person account, including how fast Taysom Hill seems in person. Adam and Matt discuss the fallout from the Houston game, including doubts about the defense's ability to stop the deep passing game, though no doubts about the defense's ability to make big plays when they need to.

Then it's on to previewing Boise State. Will Cody Hoffman break Austin Collie's all-time mark for receiving yards and touchdowns? Will Hill have another big game? How good is Boise State, and can they stop the multi-dimensional BYU offense? These questions, and more, are answered.

And lastly, we have part 1 of our basketball preview. The boys discuss the five presumptive starters and what contributions each is likely to make in the 2013-14 season.

On this podcast, we talk about Brandon Davies raining down threes, the awesomeness of the BYU LB corps, the ethics of reporting honor code violations, and we preview the game against Houston. 

Jason Franchuk of The Daily Herald  returns to the podcast to tell us how the Cougars amidst a tumultuous season that's included injuries, suspensions, the high of beating Texas, and the low of losing to Utah. He also breaks down the BYU offense and gives updates on how much he thinks Cody Hoffman and Jamaal Williams will be involved against Utah State.

Adam and Matt bookend their portion of the podcast discussing fantasy football and the MLB playoffs. Between that, they tell what we learned about the BYU offense against Middle Tennessee, and they provide their predictions for Friday's showdown with the Aggies. Short version: one of them picks BYU, and the other picks Utah State.

After Saturday's crushing loss to Utah, Jay Drew of The Salt Lake Tribune joins the podcast to tell us what changes (if any) the coaching staff plans for the offense. He also elaborates on the bizarre story surrounding the suspension of linebacker of Spencer Hadley. 

Adam and Matt do not discuss firing Bronco or officiating, but focus on what is wrong with the Cougar offense and whether drastic steps are needed to fix it. They also provide predictions for Friday's game against Middle Tennessee.

And lastly, in a podcast first, corespondent Sean Walker interviews freshman soccer player Ashley Hatch, including a discussion about her game-winning penalty kick against Utah.

It's all about the rivalry, and Adam and Matt break down the big game. Is the BYU rushing attack for real? Can the BYU defense slow down a productive Utah offense? If the Ute defense neutralizes the Cougar rushing attack, can Taysom Hill win the game with his arm? And will any BYU receivers not named Cody Hoffman step up for the Cougars? The boys answer all those questions, including some from the #Tweetbag.

It was a massive victory for the Cougars, so we had to bring back on our friend Greg Wrubell the voice of the Cougars on KSL. He gives his impressions of the team through two weeks and sizes up the BYU offense.

Adam and Matt then recap the game, extolling the virtues of the BYU defense and Taysom Hill (who Matt insists on calling Taters). They answer a load of #Tweetbag questions, including who's the best comparison for Taysom. They also tell you why Utah fans are delusional. 

First-time guest Brian Logan joins the podcast to break down what went wrong against Virginia and what BYU needs to do better against Texas. He also analyses the BYU DBs and talks about his first impressions of Provo and BYU when he stepped on campus for the first time four years ago.

Adam and Matt then discuss the offensive line troubles, Cody Hoffman's status for Saturday, and Taysom Hill's health. They also preview the Texas game. And they weigh in on the question on everyone's mind: can Ben Affleck really be Batman.
